The signup sheet was great to keep the workshop participants in the loop and inform about upcoming events to further develop the ideas.
After the workshop has been finished. It’s advisable to pack away all worksheets and ideas neatly to later go over them to write a summary. This summary lists other ideas and explains why participants were more keen on some ideas and especially the last one they presented than others and notes that were mentioned in the discussions which could not be captured in the short span of the workshop more formally.
